Vanessa and Bobby had mutual friends on Facebook and Vanessa noticed that Bobby was into gardening and wine so she commented on his page to say hello. Next came their first date, a hike on the Roaring Run trail, and they hit it off immediately! Bobby is the winemaker at Beliveau Estate Winery so this was the perfect place for these two to get married. They chose the ceremony spot so they could have the beautiful mountains in the background. Before the sun went down, we toured the vineyard and had the most gorgeous light to work with! Along with the wine theme and colors, they found all of these pretty heritage pumpkins to place around the property. A friend made all of the wooden signs which turned out so great! Vanessa has some family from France so they incorporated a french puff pastry dessert with the tradition that the bride cut the dessert and however many pastries fall in the middle are a prediction of how many children she will have! There were some happy tears during the ceremony and some fantastic dancing at the reception. You may notice a yoga pose or two from these girls who teach yoga in the Roanoke area!
