Charming Chesapeake City was the location picked for Ashley & BJ’s engagement session and I loved everything about this quaint, little city! These two love to spend time here and especially love the bridge that crosses Back Creek and the gardens by the Bayard House. It reminded me of being in a mini Annapolis without the traffic! Ashley & BJ met through work about 4 years ago and are so sweet with each other. The proposal happened at Moshulu, a restaurant on board a historic sailing vessel in Philadelphia. BJ had a ring made using Ashley’s grandmother’s diamond and it turned out beautiful! This laid back couple is planning a destination wedding on the island of Destin in Florida and I cannot wait to document the day. Although Brownie could not be with us during this shoot, he was there in spirit and will be very missed!
