Senior FAQ

Senior FAQ NS

What is the typical cost of a senior portrait session?
Portrait sessions start at $350 and typically last for 1 hour. For other locations, a minimal travel fee will be applied and I do love visiting new locations! All sessions include a USB with edited high-resolution images and an online gallery site. Custom albums and print options are available as well. Please contact me for a full pricing sheet.

Where are you based?
I am based out of Easton, Maryland on the eastern shore where I grew up. In addition to Maryland, I am available for portraits and weddings in Virginia, D.C., Delaware and beyond. The above pricing is for photography in the Easton, Maryland area and includes Easton, St. Michaels, Cambridge, Kent Island, Queenstown and areas in between. Please contact me for pricing in locations other than these areas and I will be happy to provide a minimal travel fee.

What location should I choose?
I like to choose a location that is significant to you, for example your family’s land or a place you love to spend a lot of time. We will talk before the session so I can get an idea of your personality, interests, hobbies, etc., to determine the best spot.

What do I wear and can I change outfits?
Feel free to bring along 2-3 outfits to change throughout the session. Wear something that really speaks to your personality and you can even mix it up with something dressy and then go more casual.

Do I have the rights to use my photos?
Yes, you are free to prints images as you wish and make copies of your USB. They are yours, have fun with them!

When can I expect my data dvd after the session?
Expect your USB within 1-2 weeks after session. Before your USB is mailed, you will be sent links to a blog story, online gallery site, and previews on my photography facebook page.

How does the proofing site work?
The online gallery site is an online album of your final images. This is just another way to view your images and to pass them on to family and friends. Prints can also be ordered directly from this site.

How do I go about selecting photos for my album?
If you have selected a custom album in your package, I will send along instructions for how to go about choosing images along with your USB. The instructions will include the number of photos to select and your preferences for the cover such as photo and materials.
