Bentley and Brad had a beautiful outdoor wedding at Smithfield Plantation in Blacksburg, Virginia, one of my favorite venues. Everyone had such a fun time including the flower pup “Pippa” who was escorted down the aisle by the maid of honor! Pippa also let out a few barks during the ceremony to let everyone know she agreed with the readings. The reception took place under the new pavilion and on each table were bottles of wine and blocks of cheese, two of Bentley and Brad’s favorite things! Brad even proposed at Keswick Vineyards while they were there for a tasting. To start off the dancing and to get everyone pumped up for Monday’s Virginia Tech football game, the DJ played Enter Sandman and the Hokie Bird ran in surprising everyone, even the bride and groom! At the end of the evening, Bentley and Brad ran through sparklers onto the bed of a pickup truck, waving goodbye to the guests. Oh and I did I mention there was a double rainbow!?
