While at a bar with friends, Alena spotted Matt and really liked his plaid shirt so she went over to tell him so and introduce herself. They immediately hit it off and recently, Matt proposed to Alena in France at 1 o’clock in the morning and of course she said yes! Now the big day is planned for this coming August at Smithfield Plantation. For their engagement session, we went to a field in Blacksburg blooming with yellow flowers. These two had so much fun together playing in the field and even practicing their dance moves for that big first dance coming up!
