James pulled off the best surprise proposal to his now fiance Janie on Sunday in St. Michaels, Maryland! Janie thought she was headed to a work get-together with a detour to see some of James’ construction sites. He picked out the perfect spot overlooking the harbor and I pretended to be doing some landscaping next door. James got down on one knee and we caught the sweet moment of surprise followed by some huge smiles! These two first met through a mutual friend after Janie spotted a picture of James on his phone. A date was set and these two have been together for 4 years now. After the yes, we walked around downtown for some engagement pictures before these two joined the rest of the family for a celebration lunch at Limoncello. Congratulations James and Janie!
