There is something so special about getting to photograph a family year after year and watching little personalities grow along the way. I’ve been traveling to Delaware annually to photograph the Hayes family, and this sunset session at James Farm Ecological Preserve in Ocean View, Delaware was filled with laughter, sandy toes, and nonstop energy from Eleanor and Teddy. From running hand in hand along the beach to playful blanket swings and puppy kisses at sunset, the evening perfectly captured this joyful season of life.

The relaxed atmosphere and golden light created so many genuine moments together as a family, which always make for the most meaningful photographs. We ended the evening with glowing sunset portraits and a beautiful silhouette along the shoreline, wrapping up another unforgettable Delaware beach session with the Hayes family.
