Nancy & Pierce’s wedding day was the perfect combination of timeless elegance, joyful energy, and meaningful hometown connections. Their story began years ago while dating in high school at St. Peter & Paul in Easton, Maryland, and it felt incredibly special watching them return to the Eastern Shore to celebrate the next chapter of their lives surrounded by family, lifelong friends, and so many familiar faces.

The couple exchanged vows at St. Michaels Mission Church in St. Michaels, Maryland, in a beautiful Catholic ceremony officiated by Father Nash, someone they have known personally for years. The ceremony felt deeply personal and emotional, especially knowing the connection they shared with both the church and their officiant. Nancy looked stunning carrying soft white and pale blue florals that perfectly complemented the classic color palette woven throughout the entire day. Pierce made a statement in an unforgettable blue crushed velvet dinner jacket that added such a fun and stylish touch to the celebration. After the ceremony, the newlyweds had a grand getaway in a stunning gold and black 1963 Mustang.

Guests then gathered at the beautiful Tidewater Inn for cocktail hour inside the Gold Ballroom Tent before moving into the Gold Ballroom for the reception celebration. The atmosphere throughout the evening was full of excitement as Nancy and Pierce celebrated as the very first of their friend group to get married. One of the most memorable moments of the night happened when the women gathered around Nancy on the dance floor and surprised her by singing “Dancing Queen” together, instantly turning the reception into one giant celebration filled with laughter, singing, and nonstop dancing!
