Easton Maryland Tidewater Inn Wedding Photography | Kate & Bob

Kate and Bob’s wedding day was filled with timeless romance and beautiful Eastern Shore touches. Their celebration began with a heartfelt Catholic ceremony at St. Peter & Paul Church in Easton, officiated by Father Nash. Bob made a memorable arrival in his classic red Thunderbird, setting the tone for a day full of meaningful details and tradition.

Following the ceremony, Kate surprised Bob with a horse and carriage waiting outside the church to take them to The Tidewater Inn for their cocktail hour and reception. It was such a sweet and unexpected moment for Bob and the guests!

Their reception beautifully celebrated life on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, from blue watercolor oyster illustrations on the stationery to an ice-filled boat overflowing with raw oysters. Guests also loved the crush bar, where the watermelon crush quickly became a favorite, along with delicious appetizers including seared scallops on grits, chilled shrimp, and chicken skewers.

Family played a special role throughout the day. Their granddaughter, Harlee, and great-niece, Zoe, were adorable flower girls, and one of the most touching moments came as Kate’s grandson proudly walked her down the aisle.

From the classic car and horse-drawn carriage to the oyster-inspired details and joyful family moments, Kate and Bob’s wedding was a beautiful celebration of love, family, and Eastern Shore tradition!
