Amanda & Greg's Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum Wedding

Amanda and Greg’s wedding at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum was the perfect blend of coastal Eastern Shore beauty and historic charm. Their day was filled with joy from beginning to end—fittingly, Amanda’s maiden name is Joy, because these two never stopped smiling and laughing together.

Their first look took place on the dock beside the historic crab shedding building, creating a quiet and meaningful moment before the festivities began. They then exchanged vows during a beautiful full-sun ceremony at the bandstand overlooking the Miles River.

Guests enjoyed cocktail hour inside the boat shed before heading to a tent reception on Navy Point, where waterfront views set the stage for an unforgettable evening. As if the day couldn’t get any better, a fireworks show happened to be scheduled directly in front their tent! We slipped outside for portraits and captured incredible images of Amanda and Greg with fireworks lighting up the sky behind them.

Their wedding was everything we love about an Eastern Shore celebration—waterfront scenery, historic character, and a joyful couple whose love shined as brightly as the fireworks that ended their night.
