Swan Cove Manor Cambridge Maryland Wedding Photography | Whitney & Chris

Whitney & Chris were married at Swan Cove Manor in Cambridge, Maryland, with a day that was thoughtful, personal, and filled with meaningful details from start to finish. Whitney envisioned soft, “fluffy” florals, bringing together white peonies and blue hydrangeas throughout the design, while her dad added a special touch by building the floral stands for the ceremony.

Her look was inspired from the very beginning by a pair of iconic red-soled Christian Louboutin shoes she found for both herself and Chris, with the rest of their attire thoughtfully styled around them. The most meaningful piece of all was her gown, beautifully handmade by her grandmother, Kathy Tieder, making it a true family heirloom.

Custom elements carried their story throughout the day, including a monogram designed by Pink Champagne Designs that appeared on signage, cups, programs, and even the cake by Baltimore’s own Charm City Cakes. A custom blue trunk, with their names and wedding date inside the lid, added another personal detail. Swans, perfect for the venue, were incorporated into their logo and even appeared as an ice sculpture during cocktail hour.

As the evening unfolded, Whitney & Chris shared a first dance surrounded by a low-lying cloud effect with cold sparklers glowing behind them, creating a truly unforgettable moment. The celebration continued with a packed dance floor, closing out a day that was equal parts heartfelt, stylish, and full of joy.
