Polly and Chad surprised their parents in 2020 with a phone call saying that they married at their local courthouse earlier that day! Last weekend they had the big celebration with all of their friends and family at a beautiful waterfront home in Cambridge, Maryland on the Choptank River. This beautiful property belongs to Polly’s Aunt and Uncle and it was absolutely perfect for a wedding. They built an osprey nest on the water about 6 years ago and this was the first year that two osprey arrived and made it home! A cocktail reception took place on the lawn under the trees with some amazing food including sugar coated bacon. The reception was under a sailcloth tent filled will greenery and sage details. Special doggy bags featuring their pup Humphrey were given to each guest filled with crab chips, cheeseburgers, custom matchbooks, and a custom crab shaped sugar cookie!
