Kelsey and Ryan are now a family of 4 with the addition of baby boy Russell “Russ” Marcus born on June 24th! Kelsey happened to be working at the hospital on the same day that she went into labor which was perfect timing for his arrival! I last photographed big sister Colette when she was just born and it was so fun to see how big she is now at 15 months. We spent some time at their family home inside and out on this beautiful sunny day. Congratulations Hoover Family!
