A girl from Nepal and a boy from Zimbabwe met in Washington DC and now this cute couple has just married at Herrington on the Bay! Kripa and Farai celebrated with family and friends with a ceremony on the Polynesian Lawn and a reception inside the Paradise Ballroom. The day included a really special tradition where the women from Farai’s family danced and sang while laying down tapestry after tapestry for the Kripa to walk down. On the way, the gift of money was thrown down on the path as a gift to the bride and groom! They also rented the neatest old wooden doorway for an entrance to their ceremony. Some big storms rolled through but these two lucked out big time with hardly any rain and some fun dramatic shots on the dock with the cloud formations!
