Inn at Perry Cabin Wedding Photography | Maddie & Henry

Maddie & Henry’s vision of a nautical, elegant waterfront wedding at the Inn at Perry Cabin in St. Michaels, Maryland came to life! Their colors of blue and ivory were perfect for the mix of patterned bridesmaid dresses and tablecloths, hydrangea filled vases, and a gorgeous sailcloth tent lined with florals at the entrance. Another star of the show was Maddie & Henry’s pup Bosun who joined in for lots of pictures with a custom flowered collar. He also made an appearance on hand painted oyster shells, cocktail napkins, drink stirrers, and even posed in the middle of their life ring guest book!

The day started out with a first look at the entrance followed by pictures with the bridal party with blue bow ties and floral filled baskets. Their ceremony took place on the lawn overlooking the bay with the most beautiful blue sky and lots of sailboats for a picture perfect backdrop. Guests threw lots of ivory flower petals as the newlyweds recessed as Mr. & Mrs! There were 3 surprises throughout the day that the couple had no idea about until they happened. First the costumed mummers from Pennsylvania arrived at the end of cocktail hour to lead the guests to the reception. Set up in the tent was a live painter working on a beautiful piece for the newlyweds. The biggest surprise was a huge fireworks show on the lawn after the reception before heading to their after party with a martini espresso ice luge!
