Tilghman Island Black Walnut Point Inn Wedding Photography | Phyllis & Steve

Phyllis and Steve’s love story began as teenagers in their church choir. They even attended prom together despite going to rival high schools. Years later, Steve looked Phyllis up in the phone book, and after rekindling their friendship more than 13 years ago, they found the love of their lives in each other.

They celebrated with an intimate Fourth of July wedding at Black Walnut Point Inn on Tilghman Island, Maryland, surrounded by 15 of their closest family and friends. Flower girl Lucy stole the show as she twirled and tossed petals down the aisle. Grandsons Nathan and John looked super sharp while serving as ring bearer and honorary attendant. One of Phyllis’ longtime friends added a personal touch by singing during the ceremony.

Guests celebrated with smith island cake as dramatic storm clouds rolled across the Chesapeake Bay. Just before 60 mph winds and lightning reached the venue, we captured a few unforgettable waterfront portraits that perfectly ended an incredible day.

Congratulations, Phyllis & Steve! We wish you a lifetime of love, laughter, and friendship together.
